Hi there. My name is Mark and I am a 30 year old father of 2 (Elias and Noah) living in the Atlanta area. I’ve been married to my amazing wife Lynda since 2002.

I have been unemployed since March, 2009 and recently made the decision to be a stay at home dad. Thus was born this blog. Lynda went back to work on August 17th, 2009 from her maternity leave after having Noah. So here I am, at home alone with babies.

I plan to share my experiences and any good tips I come across to hopefully help other Stay at Home Dads out there. I know there aren’t near as many SAHDs as there are SAHMs, but that is even more reason to do this. I hope you find some value in the words and pictures I will be posting here. If nothing else, at least I will have a good chronicle of how this adventure goes.
